Am I wrong for doing this? I have this friend which she isn't really my friend but you know more like...?

someone i hang out with when im bored so anyways she has a boyfriend who she treats like crap and cheats on him alot even with his own cousin he is so cute he's a year older than me 20 he's tall and he has these y mesmerizing green eyes and he is so smart and funny and he's a freakin man not a little boy but anyways I like him alot alot alot and one day i asked him for his number and he didn't think anything of it cause we are like laughing buddies ya know so that same night i sent him a text and told him that she was cheating and that i have a hugh crush on him he didn't text back so i was worried thinking should i have done this so he calls me like 30 minutes after and says I have alot of feelings for you to i almost fell out my seat im like so now what he was like we have to tell her im like no problem meet over her house in 10 mintues so we get there and she opens the door lookin messy like you know something just went down if you know what i mean so he tells her what was going on and she freezes and punches me and my face so blah blah now me and him have been seeing each other for a couple of days now so what do you guys think was I wrong because I don't think i was I always felt in my heart that we should be together so tell me what you guys think
