I'm in a 14 team league, and someone is offering me Chris Johnson for Schaub. My backup QB is Orton.?

Should I pull the trigger? I might be in need for some RB help, but there are no more worthy QB's to pick up from free agency anymore. I currently have Charles, Forte, McFadden, Lynch, and Snelling.
