Why is my puppy panting for no reason?

He didn't run or anything, and its not hot. Hes just panting a lot. But besides that hes all normal. And he just had his rabbis vaccination yesterday, so im thinking that might be some normal reaction from the shot. But Im not sure, is this serious enough for me to call the vet?
