Is my health visitor out of order?

Im young mum with 4 children. My youngest is 17 months. I havent seen the health visitor 4 nearly 6 mths. She called yesterday saying shes really concerned. Saying Im putting kids at risk I dnt smoke but I let my mum smoke in house. I shouldnt let my 6 yr old have friend round 4 tea and that I shouldnt let my friends in the house. Shes accusing me that she saw me being friends with people who she thinks put my kids at risk that I never ociated with and they had moved away weeks ago. She says shes concerned Im vulnerable yet havent seen me in 6 month. I have done my house up new kitchen, all decorated properly. My kids are beautiful & clean in designer clothers. She never asked 1 ? about my babys development ie speech and walkin. She moaned cause I took my kids on a day trip to a centre that has trampolines, slides, , soft play she said how could I afford that its too expensive. She even spoke to my neighbour and told them how could I cope be a young mum with 4 kids.
