What hair straightener is good for not damaging your hair?

I get my hair chemically straightened, I've used Chi,Ruskin and there is a Redken one too. I've never used that one. I want something that works without damaging my hair. I have thick dense hair and very wavy to curly. Any ideas on a good brand?
