Can the use of biofuels in the West increase the danger of terrorism?

The crops grown by a farmer are his to do with as he pleases. If he can get more money by selling it to an ethanol producer he's going to do that. If the UN wants to help poor people eat they'll go ahead and subsidize the purchase of GM seeds so the poor folks can farm waste land with few or no insecticides and little or no fertilizer while attaining high yeilds. Until then the UN should shut the f*ck up and not try to force communism on sovereign nations.
