What do I do? My ex hates me!!!?

My ex broke up with me 3 months ago and we just became friends again like 2 or 3 weeks ago and we even started to hit it off again. She has a new bf and they have been going out for over a month now, and she cheated on him with me. But then out of nowhere she just stopped talking to me and calling me and even deleted me from myspace a few days ago. I talked to her and she said she doesnt want to talk to me anymore. She said maybe oneday we will have a future and stuff but not right now. I flipped out and called her names and said alot of stuff I didnt mean, and now she says she wants me out of her life forever. That hurt me so bad and now I dont know what to do. I feel like Im ugly, and she was so beautiful and I dont think I will ever sind a girl as beautiful as her again. I just wnat to be friends and stuff again and maybe get her back, but Idk if she will ever talk to me again. Sont say to just get over it or move on bc trust me, im trying. I need real advice! Someone PLEASE HELP!!!
