Trouble using Creative Sound Blaster 5.1 sound card on Windows Vista?

I just got new copy of Windows Vista & trying to install Sound Card 5.1 driver but it wont support since it has been made for Windows XP can any one tell me what am i suppose to do?I have tried to update the windows but i dont get sound driver from update site,so there no driver installed so no sound.Can anyone tell me what i should do now(Its just Creative sound blaster 5.1) & not (Live).
