it seems to me that you have an infection...if it is from the tooth you need to see the dentist to get it extracted!!! now!!! yes call today. it could be a very serious thing if you let it go. i'm glad you are on an antibiotic. the dentist can take an xray to confirm it is from the tooth or not. If not your tooth, then go to hospital or call your doctor.
