I Need Help Getting a Skit for my Mascot Tryouts, any ideas?

I'm trying out for the mascot-Buffy the Buffalo-and you get to do a skit that lasts up to 2 and a half minutes. I can only have three(3) people help me. No water or confetti or anything similair to that can be used. They're giving points by 6 different things: charectorization,creativity, crowd interaction and crowd appeal, overal impression, and the interview. All of those things are worth 5 points.
