How far would you go for the love of your life?

My ex broke up with me 6months ago.I made the mistake of taking her for granted and not showing love and affection.I have bn miserable over this. We are still in each others lives. I have been doing small romantic gestures to show her that I do love her and I have changed. I am going to take a huge risk and buy her and myself a plane ticket for a weekend in NY. I have no idea if she will go with me. She has always wanted to go there so I'm setting it up for the weekend before her birthday.if she refuses, it is okay, I will do whatever I have to, for as long as it takes just get her to even open that door a little bit for me. Am I crazy?
