If you read the reason for this lawsuit, the plaintiffs are clearly who will not win anything. They are claiming that EA Sports overcharged for the games when they came out at the same price every other game comes standard, whether it be 59.99 (PS3/Xbox 360 Era) or 49.99 (PS2/Xbox Era). It is quite laughable if you ask me.
