Does this guy like me cuz i REALLY like him and i think he might like me!?

so I am a teen and there is this guy I have known since we were born our parents and my parents think this guy is a really great guy but i havnt told them i like him and he looks EXACLY like leonardo dicaprio when he was in his early twentys and i look like ashlee simpson when she had red hair. So anyway his family invited my family over to dinner so we went and he asked me if i wanted to go outside and hang out he he was looking at me a lot and he checked me out a few times(we rode scooters around his neighborhood and then lots of other stuff!) and then we were inside and he was showing me how to do something and we couldnt unlock our eyes hardly. and then once we left he privatly said goodbye and then ever sence he has sorta been were i am at school cowensadentitly and we are both teens if that makes a diffrence
