Can a female cop be paired up with another female who is capable?

I would suspect so. But if a woman wants to be paired up with another female, then both must be physically and emotionally capable detectives, especially in combat situations against criminals. Not to be rude, but I think a capable female should be paired up with another girl so that there won't be quite so much tension among their male colleagues, which can undermine teamwork in the field. Some guys don't entirely trust their female partners, so they may force themselves on the women more than concentrating on the ignment at hand.
