Being a Waiter Need help learning the menu?

im currently a busboy at this persian restauruant.. they said im doing so good in my 3 weeks of work that they want to make me a waiter.. so i need to learn the MENU ughhh so can any1 give me a like a technique that they used or think i should use to learn the foods. there very exquisite too like this stew called koresh and others ugh i dont wanna F up and get fired any help?
